EXCELLENT! I never met him before, but Joe came over and gave us an excellent quote. He has been in the business for decades. He knows what he is doing. We scheduled a new Furnace AND A/C Unit install in October. They said it would take two days and it did exactly. Nik (the installer who works with Joe) was very respectful and very clean. They installed everything with perfection. Cleaned up all the boxes and packing plastic. Left the area immaculate. It has gotten cold outside and the furnace works great. All for a reasonable price.
